Refund & Return Policy

At UrbnNests, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help

1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In its original packaging with tags/labels intact

Certain items (like perishable goods, personal care, or customized products) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email/SMS.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at wehear@urbnnests.com with your order details.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping costs in this case).

6. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (coffee, food, etc.)

Personal care & hygiene products

Gift cards or digital products

Customized or sale items (if mentioned)
