  • Orders can be paid via secure payment options. Including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • UrbnNests reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.

Delays due to logistics, natural causes, or other unforeseen factors are not under our control, but we will keep you informed.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and packaging, and returned with valid proof of purchase.
  • Certain items (like personal care or customized goods) may not be eligible for returns.
  • Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
